Will We Run Out Of Natural resources

it is the year 2098 we haven't gone interstellar yet we are like a college graduate who hasn't found a job till yet. We will be out of Ocean water too after 2 Years. Now think can we live in this environment the Earth we know is out of its Enrichment. What do we do??? We have got the problem but we are out of solutions.
